Megan, yoga practitioner, Montreal

"Bren's yoga classes have been a game-changer for me. Bren is highly knowledgeable, skilled and creates a welcoming and inclusive environment. I highly recommend these classes for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice and find a supportive community."

Chelsea, returning to yoga, Toronto

"I was nervous about getting back into yoga but Bren's classes were so approachable while still being challenging. His cues are intuitive and helpful, and he always know the exact right moment to remind you to focus on breath work."

Margot, yoga instructor & educator, Toronto

"Brendan brings a sense of calm and curiosity to his teaching. In his class you can expect a practice grounded in the principles of a healthy asana sequence, breath work and the roots of yoga.

Restore classes in the evening with Bren are accessible and exceptionally calming to prepare the system for a good night’s rest."

instructor

Brendan (Bren) Ledger is an Irish-Canadian yoga instructor living in Toronto. Bren found yoga at a time of stress and with a realization that he was living life in his head - disconnected from his body.

Completing his 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training in Winter 2023 at Downward Dog Yoga Centre Toronto, Bren continued his studies with training in Restorative, Yin & Yoga Nidra.

Bren keeps a regular practice of Vinyasa, Hot yoga & Restorative yoga, and enjoys continuously learning about all things yoga! His classes are curated to the current month’s focus, helping you learn more about your body & providing guidance on how to look inward.
